Inspection & maintenance

Carried out byAppointed third-party maintenance team
  1. Every 6 months and after heavy storms: inspect from the surface; measure silt depth in the sump.
  2. Remove silt by vac tanker when the sump is about 1/3 full – before silt reaches the outlet.
  3. Check the outlet pipe is clear; jet if flow is slow.
  4. Record every visit in the log below (date, name, findings, action) with photos.
